What You Need to Know
Kalkan Islamlar region can be 1-2 degrees cooler than the center. While not ignoring this situation, you should not forget that due to the location of our villa in nature, you may encounter small natural life surprises such as flies and insects. Villa Deep, which is one of the villa options in Antalya, is about 11 km from the center. away, you will need to provide transportation to hospitals and beaches by car.
The regions where the villas
are located may consist of steep and sloping locations due to the geographical
structure of the environment. Therefore, we recommend considering the slope and
stabilized (soil) nature of the roads during transportation to the villas and
preferring private vehicles if possible.
Since the villas located outside the center are generally located in nature,
you may encounter natural life signs (flies, bees, insect, etc.).
We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our sheltered villas and these villas
