I have read and understood the Clarification Text submitted to me by Zem Grup Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Tatilnekolay or "Company") under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

My identity, contact, health, and customer transaction information (including medical report containing health information, death certificate of the death of 1st-degree family relatives, and documents showing proximity); I agree that reservation cancellation, refund, or change requests are processed and stored by the Company to evaluate the compliance with the Cancellation Conditions announced on the Company's website and to examine the documents submitted by the customers within this scope.

For the above-mentioned purposes, the Company's data including my health data, accommodation owners, authorized institutions and organizations, official public institutions and organizations, and third parties who provide support in other fields related to the Company's activities, to fulfill the obligations arising from the legislation based on my express consent and to fulfill the contract. I accept that you can share and/or make it accessible to people (CRM (Customer Relationship Management), customer services, cloud computing, e-mail, backup, companies that provide software support, mobile infrastructures that provide messaging services, etc.)
